A collaborative effort involving a multidisciplinary team of researchers , designers and writers was undertaken to conceptualize and develop an innovative Auto Services App. This app empowers users to effortlessly explore nearby Auto Service Workshops through the integration of Google Maps, equipping them with the ability to peruse reviews of these workshops to facilitate informed decision-making regarding pricing fairness. This comprehensive undertaking involved a well-structured research methodology, encompassing elements such as the provision of a discussion guide, card sorting, user interviews, tree testing, and evaluation of prototypes through A/B testing, culminating in rigorous usability testing.
